Data on Corvina are not aligned with data on HMI
If you're experiencing an issue where your Corvina data is not aligned with your HMI data, the first thing you should check is the clock settings on your Exor device. If the clock is set incorrectly, you may experience visualization delays in the cloud.
To check the clock settings on your Exor device, follow these steps:
- Open the HMI system settings.
- Click on the "Date & Time" tab.
- Make sure that the time and timezone are set correctly.
- Click on the "Save" button.
Once you have checked and corrected the clock settings on your Exor device, try exploring your Corvina data. You should now see that the cloud data is aligned with your HMI data.
Why is it important to have the correct clock settings on your Exor device?
The correct clock settings are important for a number of reasons. First, they ensure that your Corvina data is timestamped correctly. This is important for accurate data analysis and reporting.
Second, the correct clock settings are also important for preventing visualization delays in the cloud. If the clock on your Exor device is set incorrectly, the Corvina data may not be displayed correctly in the cloud.
If you are still experiencing problems with your Corvina data after checking the clock settings on your Exor device, please contact Corvina support for assistance.
