If "info" call fails due to invalid certificate, either reinstall the app to recreate the certificate or check antivirus interference and exclude localhost from it.
Problem
If the Corvina Cloud App Lite was already installed (otherwise check here for installation issues: Corvina Cloud APP Lite installation fails) and is now running you can check if the Windows service is running on the task manager, services tab: “Corvina Cloud App Service Lite“, if it is running you can check on the Corvina webpage with the “Developer tools” the network request:
- if you see the “info” call fails because of Certificate Authority Invalid, you can check if, during the installation of the APP, you have also installed the certificate in Windows certificates “Local Computer\Trusted Root Certification Authories\Certificates“ CloudAppLite v6.3.3.
Solution
Here are the solutions:
- If the certificate is not present, uninstall and reinstall the Corivina Cloud App Lite, the certificate will be created during the installation.
- If the certificate is present, check manually the localhost call: “https://127.0.0.1:4805/api/v1/info“ be sure the certificate has a single hierarchy and it was issued by Corvina. Otherwise, if the certificate has some issue could be your antivirus is interfering with this. So you can add to the antivirus exclusion list the 127.0.0.1 and retry.
